Jarvis Education was founded in January 2023 by Shaun Jarvis, an experienced teacher, senior leader, headteacher and former His Majesty's Inspector. He started the company with one clear aim: to give schools the kind of honest, expert support that genuinely improves life chances for children and young people. What began as a one-person business has grown fast. Today, we're a close-knit team of 25 associate consultants covering every phase and specialism, and we're still growing year on year.

Our vision is simple: every child thriving in a high-quality education system. Our mission is to help schools, trusts and local authorities make that happen. We're child-centred, collaborative, friendly, honest, and serious about quality.
