Meet Amanda Southwick
With 30 years of experience in the teaching profession, including extensive leadership roles, Amanda has dedicated the past 25 years to special education, working primarily with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). She has led teams and developed systems across diverse educational settings— primary and secondary—empowering staff and creating inclusive environments where learners achieve meaningful academic and personal progress. Amanda has been a governor and a Trustee for a successful London based mainstream primary trust for several years and chairs a private fostering panel.
