Meet Ann Fearon
With a whole career dedicated to education, Ann has worked in a variety of roles in a range of different educational settings. Most recently she spent 14 years as Headteacher of a large, diverse 11-18 secondary school. Under her leadership, the school achieved an Outstanding rating across all areas.
With a thorough knowledge, understanding and expertise in inspection processes and practices, Ann offers support in various areas, with a particular focus on inspection preparation, school self-evaluation, leadership organisational design, leadership development, supporting women into educational leadership, data review/analysis and departmental reviews.
Ann has also supported schools to improve staff recruitment and retention practices, with a focus on staff wellbeing, ensuring that schools can attract and retain high-quality teachers.
In addition to Ann’s extensive experience in educational leadership, she is also a trained counsellor and an experienced coach and mentor. She has provided valuable guidance and support to numerous individuals and leadership teams, helping them navigate personal and professional challenges, develop their skills, and achieve their goals.
