With extensive expertise in quality assurance and evaluation processes, she has held positions as a senior director for quality assurance across a large multi-academy trust, a headteacher, and a full-time Lead Inspector with Ofsted.
In each role, she has led schools through significant improvements and developed tailored strategies for sustained success. Her work involves designing bespoke curricula that align with rigorous standards, ensuring a focus on high-quality teaching and learning. This dedication to high standards and outcomes has been successfully integrated into tailor-made CPD programmes at all levels, significantly enhancing the quality of teaching and learning through effective and embedded leadership.
