Dr Craig Avieson is a Leadership Coach and Educational Consultant, also serving as an Ofsted Inspector, MAT reviewer and Board Member. His previous roles have included CEO of a MAT, Director of Education and Executive Headteacher. With extensive experience across education leadership, organisational development and governance, Craig has led significant school improvement, cultural development and strategic growth within the education sector. He has worked extensively in Norfolk, Suffolk and East London. Craig holds an MA in Education, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Professional Doctorate in Education (EdD), and professional qualifications in coaching and leadership development. Craig is committed to collaborative leadership and believes strongly in balancing high standards with strong relationships, professional trust and staff development.
