Glynis Bradley-Peat

Associate Consultant

Glynis Bradley-Peat is an experienced Education Improvement Adviser, School Improvement Partner and Lead Reviewer with a current portfolio spanning primary, secondary, post-16, special school and alternative provision settings. Her work focuses on supporting school leaders to strengthen leadership, improve the quality of education and secure sustainable improvements through rigorous quality assurance, strategic challenge and practical support. She currently provides School Improvement Partner support to schools and colleges, undertakes Headteacher and CEO Performance Management Reviews, leads between ten and fifteen Challenge Partners reviews each year and works with multi-academy trusts on leadership development, curriculum evaluation, inspection preparation, governance and school improvement. A mathematics specialist, Glynis has particular expertise in improving mathematics provision across all phases through departmental reviews, curriculum development, data analysis and leadership coaching.

Previous senior leadership roles include Director of Education for the South Suffolk Learning Trust, Executive Leader across a primary and secondary academy, Managing Inspector with Ofsted and Deputy Headteacher in both primary and secondary schools. As Director of Education, she led inspection readiness across five schools, designing and delivering training on Ofsted expectations and supporting all schools to achieve successful inspection outcomes, including one school improving from Requires Improvement to Good. Glynis is recognised for her ability to build strong professional relationships while providing constructive challenge. Her consultancy work has contributed to improved Early Years and Key Stage 2 outcomes, strengthened mathematics provision, improved attendance, enhanced leadership capacity and greater inspection readiness. She enjoys working collaboratively with schools, trusts and local authorities to build sustainable leadership capacity and achieve lasting improvements for children and young people.
