Meet Leah Morgan
Leah has over 25 years’ experience in primary education, having worked across a wide range of roles including classroom teacher, headteacher, executive leader within a multi-academy trust, and education consultant across the East and South East of England. She has extensive experience and expertise in supporting schools with school improvement, curriculum development, and the implementation of high-quality teaching and learning.
Leah is an EMCC-accredited, qualified coach who works with both individual leaders and leadership teams, harnessing the power of deep thinking to support meaningful and lasting change. She holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL), and a Master of Arts in Professional Studies in Education.
Her work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, underpinned by a strong belief in the value of deep reflection, thoughtful questioning, and appropriate challenge. She places high value on collaboration and is committed to creating spaces where people can think deeply, share ideas, and innovate.
