Meet Lois Knight
Lois is an experienced, ambitious and creative leader – a post-16 specialist skilled in educational leadership, curriculum development, coaching, training delivery and quality improvement. Lois has a focused specialism in specific learning difficulties and disabilities, with a passion and commitment to inclusion across all aspects of education and employment.
Lois has worked as a teacher, senior leader, principal and governor in a variety of schools and colleges in both mainstream and specialist settings, where her focus on vulnerable and disadvantaged groups has led to sustained quality improvement for all aspects of inclusive learning.
Lois has extensive experience of successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams in education, care and therapeutic services; providing leadership for a wide range of cross-college functions and a variety of subject areas, ages and levels.
