Meet Paul Jensen

Paul Jensen is an experienced education leader with over two decades in senior leadership, including 11 years as Headteacher of a specialist school for autistic boys in Surrey which was recognised as Outstanding in all areas in May 2023.

Previously Paul served Deputy Headship roles in SEN schools across Merton andRichmond. He has successfully led teams through strategic change, improved outcomes for young people with special educational needs, and championed pathways into employment and independence. Alongside his school leadership,

Paul has supervised and supported staff undertaking NPQH and NPQSL qualifications, helping to develop the next generation of education leaders. Paul has served as Chair of the Specialist Phase Council in Surrey for two years, representing the views of 28 HT colleagues in meetings with the LA and DfE. With a passion for developing people, Paul now offers coaching and mentoring to education leaders, drawing on his expertise in school improvement, staff development, and creating inclusive learning communities.
