Across senior roles, Will has secured sustained improvements through data-driven diagnosis, values-led systems leadership and empowering staff to bring the best out of students. His leadership of Quality of Education meant that a previously-failing school became the 21st most improved in England, tripling Basics 5+ and securing a ninefold increase in outcomes for disadvantaged students. As a lead practitioner and facilitator for a teaching school, Will delivered in-school and alliance-wide training and coaching to staff at all levels.
