Cookie Policy

How Jarvis Education uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can manage your choices.

Owner: Shaun Jarvis, Founder & CEO  |  Version: 2.0  |  Date: July 2026  |  Review: Annually, or following relevant legislative or operational change

This Cookie Policy explains how Jarvis Education Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we handle personal data.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to give site owners information about how their site is used. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called “first-party cookies”. Cookies set by anyone other than the site owner are called “third-party cookies”.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to run our website securely and reliably, to remember your cookie choices, and – where you agree – to understand how our website is used so that we can improve it. We do not use cookies to collect more information than we need, and we do not sell your personal data.

The categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function. They include cookies that remember your cookie preferences and cookies that keep the site secure. Because the site cannot work properly without them, they do not require your consent and cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies

Where you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website – for example, which pages are most visited and whether visitors encounter errors. This information helps us measure and improve the site. These cookies are only set if you accept them. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode (using Google Consent Mode) that sets no analytics cookies.

Our website connects to Google services (including Google Analytics and Google Search Console) to help us run and improve the site. We also display Google reviews, which are cached on our own website and do not load content directly from Google, so they do not set additional cookies. Our footer contains links to our profiles on LinkedIn, X, Bluesky and Google Business Profile. These are ordinary links – following them takes you to those third-party websites, which set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not embed their tracking on our site.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting cookies already stored and preventing new ones. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Guidance for common browsers is available on their own help pages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed.
