What is the Essentials School Improvement Partner package?
The Essentials SIP package is a streamlined, core-level external partnership. We provide three focused visits across the year, typically one each term, supporting you and your senior leaders to validate self-evaluation, sharpen school improvement priorities, and stay on track against the renewed Ofsted framework.
It gives you the assurance of an independent voice, the challenge of an experienced eye, and practical advice you can act on straight away, without the time or cost of a full strategic partnership.
