What Is Oracy & Classroom Talk Training?
It’s practical training that helps teachers develop pupils’ speaking and listening and use talk to deepen learning. We cover structured discussion, high-quality questioning, talk routines, and how to build oracy across the curriculum, not just in English.
We draw on the research linking talk to learning and give staff simple routines that make classroom discussion purposeful rather than chaotic.
Who Is This Training For?
It’s designed for all education settings: maintained schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts, Alternative Provisions, and SEND Units/Hubs.
