What is the Standard School Improvement Partner package?

The Standard SIP package is a regular, year-round external partnership built around your school's priorities. We provide a named partner who works alongside you and your senior leaders across the full academic cycle, usually through four on-site visits, validating self-evaluation, challenging assumptions, carrying out in-depth reviews of agreed curriculum areas or whole-school priorities, and helping you focus on the changes that will most improve outcomes for pupils. Throughout the year, your partner helps you stay on track against the renewed Ofsted framework and its sharper focus on inclusion, curriculum quality, and impact.
