What Is Subject Leadership Review & Support?
It’s an independent review of how effectively a subject is led, combined with practical support for the leader. We look at curriculum, monitoring, and standards in the subject, and work with the leader to build their capacity to drive improvement.
It’s part review, part development: you get an honest view of the subject and a leader who is better equipped to lead it.
Who Is It For?
It’s designed for all education settings: maintained schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts, Alternative Provisions, and SEND Units/Hubs. Subject leaders, curriculum leaders, and senior leaders use it to strengthen leadership across subjects.
