What Is Teaching & Learning Review?
It’s an independent review of the quality of teaching and learning across your school. We look at teaching through lesson visits, work, and pupil voice, and evaluate how well pupils are learning. We look for patterns and themes rather than grading individuals.
It gives you an honest, evidence-based picture of teaching across the school, with clear priorities to build on.
Who Is It For?
It’s designed for all education settings: maintained schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts, Alternative Provisions, and SEND Units/Hubs. Headteachers and senior leaders use it to understand the quality of teaching and focus their improvement.
