SEND and Inclusion Review
Inclusive provision in a large secondary school takes real planning and leadership. Our specialist SEND consultants carry out whole-school SEND and inclusion reviews, giving you an honest picture of what is working and what needs to improve.

Getting Ready for Inspection
Inspection is a high-stakes moment for any secondary school. We help you tell your story with evidence, test your judgements, and spot gaps early. Our advisers can also offer support during an Ofsted inspection itself, particularly around leadership, management and governance.
Headteacher and Leadership Appraisal
We give your governing body or trust board an experienced external adviser to run a fair, rigorous headteacher or principal appraisal. Someone who understands the demands of leading a secondary school and can set objectives that drive improvement.
Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
