This is the big one—a full diagnostic of how your school is doing across the board. Lessons? We’ll visit. Books? We’ll read. Leadership? We’ll talk. Pupils? We’ll listen. Governors? You bet. And yes, you get a clear, jargon-free written report at the end.

Focused Review (1 Day)

Got a specific area you're worried about—or just want to fine-tune? Leadership, behaviour, personal development, pupil premium—we’ll zone in like a hawk. Less intense than a full school review, but just as enlightening.

Safeguarding Review (1–2 Days)

You might sleep soundly at night, but is your safeguarding paperwork as tight as it should be? We'll check your policies, speak to your DSLs, and walk the walk. All with practical feedback and a lovely written report you can actually use—not just file away “somewhere safe.”

Website Review & Compliance Check (Remote or 1 Day)

Let’s be honest—half of all school websites are still hiding their policies under "Useful Links" from 2017. We’ll check yours for statutory compliance, clarity, and overall shine. We’ll even tell you if your font choice is a little too Comic Sans!
