Andrew is an accomplished senior education leader and consultant with more than 11 years of headteacher experience in the primary sector, including two recent interim headship appointments. Andrew has led schools from Requires Improvement to Good with Ofsted, and also Outstanding judgements through s48 inspections in the Catholic sector. NPQEL-qualified, he brings particular strengths in education strategy, school improvement, organisational transformation, curriculum development, governance and safeguarding, combining strategic insight with the ability to deliver sustainable change. His expertise spans leadership development, stakeholder engagement and operational improvement, enabling schools to navigate complexity, strengthen performance and achieve lasting impact. Andrew has 31 years’ experience of school governance in both primary and secondary phases and is a Director of a Multi Academy Trust.
