Following this Kerri joined a Multi-Academy Trust in Medway, Kent where she has worked for the past 8 years as Director of School Improvement initially and then later as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. She also took on the role as Executive Headteacher of a secondary special school at the same time. These positions have given Kerri extensive knowledge and experience of primary education and specialist education, both at primary and secondary level.

Kerri brings her extensive knowledge to any deployment with school or academy leaders. Kerri has a proven track record of school improvement and raising standards.
